Pro Series will now print the invoice to the ClickFax printer driver, which intercepts the print stream, applies the "SmartFind" analytics, and determines the recipient. Notice in the above screen that "Susan T. Andrews" of Addison, Dutton and Grant, Inc. is already selected, and that the text in the lower status box says: "Recipient: Susan T. Andrews" "Company: Addison, Dutton and Grant" You can also select additional recipients from your various address book lists or change the default recipient identified by "SmartFind". Now all you have to do is click the "Send" button to continue.
